Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Educational Outfitters! We accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 90 days of purchase with items in new condition. We extend the return window from 90 day to 6 months for those who participate in our seasonal sales during April, May and June.

Please note:

  • We offer store credit or exchanges only. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Fill out this form for the quickest service when mailing returns back to our store. 
  • Items may be returned in person or by shipping back to us. Shipping costs back to the store are the responsibility of the customer. If you request an exchange to be shipped, Educational Outfitters will ship that to you free of charge.
  • When shipping exchanges back, please include either the form listed above or a note with the name on the order, wishes, and your phone number.Our address for in store and shipped returns is:

Conditions for Store Credit or Exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
    • We do know that some of our crewneck and hoodie sweatshirts are sold without tags. 
  • Items that have been logo'd are only eligible if that logo is the school's current logo.
  • Specialty items or sizes are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we will be happy to do so subject to availability.
  • You will be responsible for any price difference if exchanging between sizes or items of different prices.
  • Those exchanging sizes bought during a sale will still receive that sale pricing for the new size. Many times this means that the transaction will be an even exchange. However, please note that there are pricing differences depending on the size of the item and you will be responsible to pay the price difference at the time of exchange.

Store Credit:

  • Store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item, less original shipping costs.
  • Store credit is valid until you use it.
  • Store credit can be used for any purchase in our store.

Exceptions:

  • Some items may be final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • We reserve the right to modify this return and exchange policy at any time.

 

FAQs

Where can I find sizing information?

  • When you're on a product page, look for the section labeled Product Information and open to find a link to a size chart. 
  • Some links may be broken, we apologize for this short inconvenience. We are working to update our size charts and put them as a button directly on each product page.

How long will my order take to be delivered or ready for pickup?

  • Typically between 1-3 weeks. This depends our current stock level and if your items needs a logo. If you selected in-store pickup, we will text you when your order, or part of it, is ready for pickup. If you selected shipping, you will receive an email with shipping details once your whole order is ready to ship. We do sometimes ship partial orders if we see that a few items will take longer than the rest. 

Will someone contact me if an item is out of stock?

  • Keep in mind that we do have a small store and cannot keep every item/size/color on our shelves. We back order items every day and usually takes 5-10 days to arrive and then if it needs a logo we put it in line according to the date purchased. 
  • If an item looks like it might be longer than 3 weeks, we will reach out to you via email at help.eoco@gmail.com to find a solution.
  • We do have many logo'd items ready to go, but with so many options, sizes and colors, it is probable that we have some options ready that aren't exactly what you ordered. If you are willing to switch color/style of item, we can likely get you items quicker. You can make note of this in the comment section of your order at checkout.

Why are your seasonal sales so early?

  • As you can imagine, we are very busy in July, August and September as we work hard to help families get kiddos outfitted for school. Having sales earlier helps spread the love of embroidery needs and allows special orders the best chance at being delivered before the start of school.
