Covid-19 Store Policies | Current Phase 5
We hope all are safe and getting ready to return to some kind of normal and we appreciate those of you who have been working to support us so far in this crisis. Our first concern is for our customers and employees and we anticipate operational changes due to sanitation and distancing requirements which will cause changes in occupancy and opening hours.
We will maintain the latest plans in this document so please check back.
Phase 1

Store closed
- Due to city, county, state or federal mandates. our store will be closed.
- We will also close if 2 or more staff meember test positive at any time.
- No employees will be in the store.
- We will update the main page of our website to annouce that the store is closed and when we plan to have it re-opened.

Phase 2
|
Store closed to the public - Employees will be in the store.
- Customers will not be allowed in our store during this phase.
- Orders can be picked up or dropped off curbside
- We are accepting outside embroidery for custom orders, and for those schools who allow outside embroidery.
- Call or Text 303-241-5230 for service.
- Employees will adhere to strict cleaning, hand-washing guidelines and wear a mask

Phase 3
|
Appointment Required - Store Open with Limited Space
We thank you for understanding and cooperating with our extra effort to make them feel safe returning to work. Those not willing to cooperate or breaks these rules will be asked to leave and shop online.
- Open our store for fittings by appointment only to limit the number of customers in the store to 15 at any time.
- Customers may be subject to a temperature/symptom check
- Employees and Customers will be REQUIRED to wear a mask before entering the building.
- 6 ft distance will be maintained between people.We have multiple staff members who are, or live with, immune compromised.
- If you or anyone in your family has any of the following symptoms, you will not be permitted inside the store.
- Temp. above 100.4, cough, shortness of breath, aches, sore throat, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, or loss of taste/smell
- If you or any one you have been in contact with has COVD-19, please stay home!
- Customers will not be allowed to gather items on their own, with the exception of some items near the entrance. Please wait for an associate to assist you.
- Only 2-3 families in the store at any given time with only 1 dressing room per family.
- We will have every other dressing room closed to allow space between customers.
- We encourage you to shop as early as possible. Due to occupancy and distancing limitations, waiting times may be longer than traditional times as we get closer to schools reopening.

Phase 4
|
Appointment Recommended - Store Open with limitations
- Fitting rooms might be limited to allow adequate spacing between shoppers.
- Employees and Customers will be REQUIRED to wear a mask before entering the building.
- 6 ft distance will be maintained between people.We have multiple staff members who are, or live with, immune compromised.
- If you or anyone in your family has any of the following symptoms, you will not be permitted inside the store.
- Temp. above 100.4, cough, shortness of breath, aches, sore throat, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, or loss of taste/smell

Phase 5
|
Store Open with fewer limitations
- Employees and Customers will adhere to state, city, and local health care current mandates.
- Masks and 6 ft distance will be maintained between people as long as mandated by Arapahoe County, the City of Centennial, Tri-County Health Department, the State of Colorado and Federal regulations state.
- If you or anyone in your family has any of the following symptoms, you will not be permitted inside the store.
- Temp. above 100.4, cough, shortness of breath, aches, sore throat, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, or loss of taste/smell
- If you or any one you have been in contact with has COVD-19, please stay home!

Store Open
- No restrictions once city, state and federal Covid-19 restrictions lifted.
